He stressed, “Let food be your medicine and medicine be your food” - advice that, to this day, has not lost its validity.
In our Food section we strive to combine this ancient knowledge with our modern way of life. As a nation, we are increasingly eating more and more processed foods - foods that appeal to our taste buds, but compromise our nutrition. Because most of these foods’ natural nutrients are removed in the refining process, we need to get them elsewhere through nutritional supplements. Fresh, minimally processed, sustainably raised foods are the answer to this problem.
