Steve Brown - CEO

Most recently Steve helped open a “live food” café and eco-conscious store in Ketchum, Idaho with his brilliant wife Molly Peppo Brown. Glow café uses local produce as available and 100% organic, vegan ingredients. Molly has a nutrition practice in which she promotes healthier living through high quality food choices, and uses QRA, a system of kinesiology to assess and improve the state of health. She is a student of Gabriel Cousens, M.D., and Dr. Bob Marshall of Premier Labs. Steve and his wife are both raw food vegans and have experienced incredible health benefits and increase in energy through this process. The raw vegan lifestyle has engendered his passion to help spread the word about the benefits of local, organic, vegan foods both for the health of the environment and for our individual health. Brown saw that the information is all out there, but people need to be able to follow through with their choices. Earthpure was born.

Prior to opening Glow, Steve had a long and varied career. He spent two years in event production in which he was the co-founder of The Ski Tour and 48Straight. These events toured the West and combined elite level skiing and snowboarding competitions with music and cultural festivals. The events were broadcast on network television. Prior to the events Steve did several residential land developments in Hailey and Ketchum, Idaho and prior to living in Idaho Steve was a commercial developer for 10 years in Northern California, which followed a 12-year career as a project manager, and CFO for a commercial builder in Silicon Valley. Steve has an MS degree in finance from the University of Colorado where he spent his free time ski racing. Steve has never lost his passion for racing and perfect carved turns which eventually led him to Sun Valley, Idaho, where the sun is always shining, the air is pure and the children, like in Lake Wobegon, are all above average. The Sun Valley life is full of outdoor activities, which are fueled by the best food ever! In addition to his beautiful wife Molly, Steve has three wonderful children, Adam, Sarah and Ashlyn.

Paul Frantellizzi

Paul is a passionate and motivational leader with results oriented entrepreneurial vision. With over 25 years of management and startup experience, he has excellent marketing, design, communications, sales, and people skills - Paul is inspired by family, values, community, and a powerful work ethic. Paul was born in NY and lived there for 40 years. He relocated to Idaho 10 years ago with his wife Pamela to raise their beautiful 4-year-old son. Paul has been involved in many organic food and beverage businesses, all of which adhered to a triple bottom line philosophy, always believing that profitability should never come at the expense of people, community or mother earth.
